Ordered delivery via UberEats. As I was taking the food out of the bag, I was not impressed. I thought "$20 just for one link and 3 slices of brisket???" However, as I ate my meal with the sides of coleslaw and spicy fries, I immediately understood why. The link has a nice snap once you bite into it and the brisket was deliciously smoked. The brisket melted like butter. The meat and sides complimented each other, which elevated the meal. I will def eat here again. The only thing I was not a fan of was the chicharrones. They tasted stale.

This is the place for barbecue in the Dimond District. Came for a visit Saturday night and ordered 2 meats and 2 sides. The brisket was tender and smokey, the chicken was just as flavorful. I did not see the big smoker but they do a fantastic job on the meat, just as good as Dave's in Alameda, maybe better. I was also impressed by the sides, the beans with the smaller white beans vs the larger pinto beans. Very flavorful and the cole slaw, very good with no raisins and not too much mayonaise.Yay, for no raisins. The burgers look great, I saw three people next to me eating the large beef burgers and fries. Mouth-watering. 4505 Burgers also offers a large variety of beers lagers and ales in can. Reasonably priced meal at $17.95. Burgers and sandwichs are approx. $11 to $12.00 . Come early because this night they sold out on the brisket and ribs. Great atmosphere with the outdoor seating and heaters. Great for the children, this is a gem off MacArthur and 35th.

Love this place SOOOO much. BBQ menu and daily specials are great. Order at the counter, grab your number and have a seat on the fantastic, dog friendly patio. It is such a pleasant oasis, and includes a mini picnic table for the kids, dog bowls for water, and stations set up so you can pick your choice of sides. I had the rib meat sandwich (special) and loved every succulent bite and they were generous with the pickles. The two meat plate with pork and brisket that included a fluffy roll was also a winner, these folks know their way around BBQ. The only item that did not blow us away was the coleslaw, which was kind of bland, but adding a little white BBQ sauce to it livened it right up. So happy these guys have finally arrived in Oakland!

What a fun spot serving up some great cue! What I love most about 4505 is the nice outdoor patio seating. It's spacious with bench seating and feels like you're eating in your neighbor's backyard. Luckily, the weather in Oakland is typically mild, so there are more days than not when you can comfortably dine outside. The double grass-fed cheeseburger was delicious and just the right size. I'd definitely recommend the double patties. Originally, I ordered a single, but after eyeing the burgers at neighboring tables, the single seemed paltry in comparison. If you're going to have a burger, you must go all out and do it right! As you can see from my photo, there's no skimping on the cheese here. The cheese was generously oozing out of the burger, just the way any burger-loving aficionado would love. It could've used more onions, but otherwise nice and tasty. Although it's made with grass-fed beef, it's not a bit dry, which is often the case with grass-fed beef. Simply hearty, healthier and good! The sides are nothing extraordinary, with both the cole slaw and potoato salad being on the saltier side. Personally, I'd focus on the BBQ items. I personally prefer the Oakland location over the San Francisco spot, where I've been several times. In Oakland, you can actually get parking fairly easily. I've literally circled for 45 minutes to no avail around Diviz. The outdoor seating in Oakland also doesn't at all feel claustrophobic, as in San Francisco, and snagging a seat in Oakland was a breeze. On the very few nice weather days suitable for outdoor seating in San Francisco, once you win the parking lottery on Diviz., you'll then struggle to get a seat outdoors because it's typically super packed in what feels like a much smaller space. Management was excellent! I had made some changes to my order, and the manager was very pleasant and accommodating. He had the burger re-made, explained my requests to the clerk and the cooks, and delivered the order to me personally. Being so customer-centric really left me with a great impression and wanting to return to try more from their large BBQ menu.

This spot is crazy delicious! And the staff who work the counters are so warm and friendly; I love when you walk in somewhere and they seem as happy to see you as you do them. We ordered TO-GO the beef rib plate, the pork shoulder plate, and a 1lb order of the pork ribs. Sides: pozole, cole slaw, and potato salad. There wasn't one thing I would have changed about this meal. I loved how smoky and savory the ribs were; I especially loved the lean pork ribs. I'm not a big fan of saucy ribs so these were perfect. If you like 'em saucy, they have plenty of sauce on the side to add to the mix. You get a lot of bang for the buck; we paid about $50 for everything, and we will be eating the leftovers for dinner. Oh, and kids get a free ice cream! Will totally be back!!

Wow, they definitely did the right thing to wait with the opening until everything was done. Today is the first day they are open and boy did they serve us good food! We had the smoked ribs, brisket, beans and the posole. Amazing! And such enormous portions! Also, the decor is great... and they had perfect weather for the opening day to show off their patio area. All very cute and well thought through. The people who work here work hard and are very friendly and welcoming. I will be back A LOT (I can walk here from home HA!)
